At what age should kids be allowed to have phones

I’d say 13 is a reasonable age for most kids to have a phone. By then, they often need it for school or keeping in touch. What matters most is setting limits, monitoring usage, and helping them understand the responsibilities that come with having a device.

Do you think arguments are always the cause of ruining of relationships?

I don’t think arguments alone ruin relationships. It’s how people argue that matters. Constructive arguments can bring clarity and understanding, while toxic arguments breed distance. A relationship falls apart more from poor communication and lack of respect than from disagreements themselves.

Have you lost contact of your best friend?

I did lose contact with mine too. We were close for years, then life just pulled us in different directions. I’ve tried social media and mutual friends, but no success. It’s sad, really. Some friendships stay in your heart even if you never reconnect again.

How to deal with the toxic relationship?

The hardest part is realizing the relationship is toxic in the first place. Once you do, it’s about setting firm boundaries and protecting your peace. Don’t try to fix someone who isn’t willing to change. Sometimes walking away is the healthiest decision, even if it hurts at first.

Are you judged for your parenting style?

it happens often. Parenting choices are one of those things people love to comment on. I used to feel defensive, but I realized there’s no perfect method. Every child and home is different. If there’s love, patience, and consistency, then you’re doing just fine in my book.

Balancing work and building a family

It’s definitely tough balancing work and family these days. Everything moves so fast that time just disappears. I think the key is being intentional, setting real boundaries where work ends and family time begins. Even small routines help, like eating dinner together or taking walks on weekends...

Are kids growing too fast due to technology?

I think kids are definitely growing up faster because of technology. They see and hear things online that most of us didn’t even know existed at their age. It’s not always bad, they’re more aware, more confident, and learn quickly. But it also takes away some innocence. Childhood feels shorter...

Do you suffer from social anxiety?

Social anxiety has always been part of my life too. It’s that mix of nerves and overthinking that hits even in casual settings. For me, it started in school as well. I’d dread being called on in class or having to speak in front of others. As an adult, it shows up in new ways, work meetings...

    Home or gym workouts?

I’d go with gym workouts, no question. There’s just something about being in that environment, it keeps you from being lazy. At home, I’ll tell myself I’ll start in five minutes, and before I know it, the days gone. But in the gym, once you’re there, you get it done. Still, I respect home...
