Anxiety, much like depression, is something we all go through at least once in our lives, some of us more so. I know I suffer from anxiety, and it makes it difficult for me to do certain things.

Do you suffer from anxiety? What do you find helps you?
 
I don’t stress myself whenever I am anxious about anything because I know that it goes away with time. I just need to give it some time and it will go away by itself. The moment you understand what helps you get over your anxiety the better you will be equipped to deal with them.
You will always get anxious, that’s a fact. So you should always know how to let go of when it happens.
 
@Ginger I am sorry to know about your anxiety. Yoga and meditation definitely will help you get destressed. I hope you may have started doing them. There are lots of videos on YouTube, which you can watch and learn from. Hope you may be helped through them.
I haven't started as yet but seems like I need to start soon as it'll only gonna help me stay relaxed and have a good mindset. Anxiety and depression are so bad for our mental health that we need to do something about it.
 
@Ginger I know it because my daughter is battling with it. She is in 12th standard and is stressed out with the studies. She is preparing for JEE, but maybe because of high pressure, she is feeling depressed and anxious, for which she is on medication and is feeling better than she was a month ago when she was to be hospitalized because of anxiety.

It's understandable and looking at the present day stress, everyone should go for Yoga and meditation because almost every person is stressed for some reason. Only meditation can help us stay relaxed
 
@Ginger That's true. Today people are stressed unlike they used to be in the past; they must know how to deal with this stress also, and meditation is the best technique to eliminate this stress, and people should do it like other activities in their life.
Yes it's must and this stress is more because of more screen time as we all are active on social networking websites and this slowly makes us feel irritated easily and with yoga we can kick away this anxiety
