I believe we should have our morning breakfast by 8 am so that we may have lunch and dinner early and sleep early, but it doesn't happen in reality, as when at home, we take breakfast by 11 am, and everything gets delayed. At what time you have your breakfast, normally?

It depends on me, as much as I would like to eat breakfast early in the morning, I tend to wake in the morning and have to be awake for an hour or so before I eat anything.

Usually, around 9 - 10 am, I will eat breakfast, and then have lunch by 2 pm and dinner by around 6 -7 pm.

I eat around 10am in the morning. I figured out that my body is not meant for early morning meals, I don’t eat much if I try to eat before leaving for work in the morning. So I just package the food and take it to work so I can eat it conveniently later.

@Kennysplash Whereas I am the opposite of you, as I like to have a good meal before going to work. Maybe because I am diabetic, I feel hungry and need to eat at frequent intervals of time. I can't stay hungry for a long time.

It's mostly around 8 am or 8.30 during weekdays and on Sundays I mostly have brunch around 11

My breakfast time isn't a routine and steady at all. Some days it's 7am, other days I'm rushing by 9am because I woke up late. Weekends though is also a a bit different story. I can eat by 11am and still call it breakfast. It actually depends on when my body decides to wake up honestly.

Everyone wakes up late on Sundays and therefore has a delayed breakfast or brunch. But I don't know why I get up early even on the Sundays. My kids always ask me why I wake up early on off days, and I say it may be a biological alarm that wakes me up.
