How many hours do you sleep at night?

In theory or in actuality? 🤣

I have to be up a bit before 6am so I try to go to bed around 10:00pm / 10:30ish. I usually aim for at least 7 hours. Somedays I come way too tired from work and I might head to bed a lot earlier. I've skipped dinner on particularly bad days and falled sleep as soonas I change out of the uniform. Not that my job is demanding, but my stamina definitely is not what it used to.

It varies for me depending on how long it takes me to fall asleep and how long I stay asleep for. I aim for around 7 - 8 hours a night if I can, but will admit some nights I only get a few hours, sometimes only 3 - 4 hours.

Sleeping very well at night is something I put serious effort into because I know that if I don't sleep well, I will find it very difficult to function properly during the day. I sleep for about seven to eight hours every night.

Last night I slept around 8 hours but I was on and off all night.

I slept for 7 hours today but still feel tired because I woke up twice at night. My legs are in pain; it may be because of the diabetes or may be because of the mental stress I have at work these days.
Sorry about your legs, health issues can be very overwhelming. You need to take enough rest. And yeah, I get you, even if you have enough sleep, the body sometimes still feels tired. Stress can do wonders on someone. Maybe try light stretching before bed or taking a warm tea. It helps me relax sometimes, especially when my head is too full.

I probably get around 6 hours or so every night. I try for longer, 7 or 8 hours if I can. But there are some mornings I can't get back to sleep so I end up just staying up. I wish I could sleep in like I used to.

Sleep of 6 hours is fine, but it is recommended to have it for 7-8 hours so that our body and mind may get a proper rest. Yes, sometimes it is hard to get back to sleep once awake. But that's not an issue with me; still, continuous sleep is always helpful.
