Have you won any contest on the forums?

I never have won any contest online on the forum. MaybeI am not that lucky. Whereas I have seen few people who have won contests many times.

Even in real life, one of my friends applied for land on different occasions, and in a lucky draw, he was allotted it 2-3 times, whereas there are many people who have not even been able to buy it a single time. It's all about luck.

I won twice on two forum sites on Speak Chat Forum. I won $60. I was thankful, many voted for me. I felt sad when the site was shut down because of personal reasons from the site owner. The other forum site where I won second place was at Referral Index Forum. It was managed by Devin and Jordan. I won a watch and it was delivered at my door, he he. That was a very unfortunate experience on those two forum sites.

@Starmix I remember I also won a watch on RIF but that watch was not good.

Speakchat was a good forum site , it was shut down , I got paid thrice from that site.

I have a hard luck when it comes to winning contests. Even after putting in all my best I don’t win, unless the few exceptions.
So I have come to accept my hard luck.

I am blessed to have won quite a few contests on my favorite forums. Even though the winnings were not so spectacular but still it was good and I enjoyed it.

@Ginger Even the small reward from the contest gives me pleasure. I remember there was a forum called "Indiastudychannel" where I won many rewards, but the feeling was unbeatable. I never felt bad even if I didn't win the contest because, for me, participation is necessary.

I never said, I felt bad or anything like that. I have won decent rewards while participating in different contests on different forums and even on Forumrace.com and hoping to find some rhythm to do better in the future too.

To be honest I have won a couple of contest in so many forums and I'm glad I did. I have also lost so many contest where I’ve come close a few times. I remember one photo contest I joined, my entry even got likes but another person still won, but I had fun. I like forum contests because it brings members together. Sometimes, it’s not even about winning, the fun is so real. I’m planning to try again, maybe my luck will shine again.

I have been part of the winners of posting contests on the now defunct Discussion Hub. It was managed by @Shortie at that time. I placed second in my first attempt. And subsequently, I always hovered around the top 10 winners. I have received more than five cash prizes from winning contests on Discussion Hub. I have won contests on other forums too including being part of the winners on Discussion Bucks posting contest.

@King Belieal that's great. Discussion Hub was a good site to earn some cash reward. I also won contests in posting there. I wish there could be more contests to get more opportunities to win.

Even I am not very good with luck and contests. But I have won it few times on online forums being the top poster of the month and long back I was voted writer of the month few times on a very well paying online weekly magazine. Unfortunately, that magazine shut down after a very good running for few years. I made really good money there. These days, we don't see many contests on forum sites.
@Mike30 . That sounds like a good idea. Well, I am not into logo designing but I am sure that there would be few creative brains here to pour in their ideas and skills of designing. The logo has changed a few times since I joined here. Maybe this contest will bring something solid and concrete to run for long.

@Mike30 to be very honest I am not good at creating logos, but I would say it would be a good contest for those who are skilled in it. I know there are lots of such people in the community who will come out with good ideas.
