What is one thing you would like to change in yourself?

You need to do a lot of exercise to reduce your weight. It's also essential to measure the food you eat. What I want to change in myself is my attitude. I'm a generous person. I buy gifts to whoever celebrates a birthday at my workplace giving them gifts during Christmas but I never have received any gift from them 😔. I don't mind giving for my family they're my inspiration.
 
I would change my weight, I am technically obese, but have hopes of shedding some of the weight. I have lost some weight over the past few months, but it's been slow going. And it doesn't help that I sometimes get lazy and fall into old habits. But if I can put my mind to it, I'd lose as much weight as I can, to experience life again as someone who is kind of skinny.

Absolutely sometimes you feel bad for generosity. I wish you may be able to change your habit. But that's true it's not easy to change it. It's hard people don't understand your nature.

Should I send you a gift on Christmas?

Given the chance, if I could change anything, it would be my confidence and to learn to love myself that much more. I feel that due to my past, I always put myself down or compare myself to others when I should be focusing on myself and being more confident.

Try to be consistent with your goal to reduce your weight. Having a daily exercise can help you meet your goal. Avoid eating too sugary and carbohydrate-containing food.
 
I think it’s my habit of overthinking. I find myself to always analyze everything like I am a detective 😂. Sometimes I wish I could just relax and stop stressing over small things,. especially those things that doesn't matter. Even when things appeared to be ok, I would still be imagining the worst case scenario and that's really draining. I’ve been trying to chill more lately, especially with prayers and music to overcome it.
