Have you seen someone suffering from a mental problem?

When someone has a mental problem, what people suspect as its cause is either a financial problem or betrayal. Apart from these causes, it might be a hereditary disease, or tolerance of feeling down and discouragement in life. Perhaps this person lacks love and connections. It is crucial that as we navigate our day-to-day lives, we never know if suddenly something unpredictable happens, and you cannot accept the reality, thus causing your mind to collapse. Awareness of the situation is an important key to avoiding the inevitable. Our minds are the source of everything, so we have to make them healthy and our overall well-being.

I have seen a lot of people who suffers from mental problem. They struggle with depression and so many other things but some of them just decided to keep quiet, they don't want to talk about it because they are afraid of being judged. That is what happens if you are living in a society where they judge you, it will be difficult for you to open up to people. Mental health is a very serious issue that needs support. Even small gestures like checking up or sending kind message to them can be of great help. So many people are really hiding and do not want to come up with such a discussion.

I have a family member who went through a couple mental health episodes. I don't want to say much, but he was taking drugs and it caused him to have a mental breakdown. He was in a psyche ward because of it. I will just say this, he was constantly paranoid and would not sleep at all. It was a scary situation. Thankfully the doctors got him on medication that pretty much saved his life. And he's been mostly good ever since.

That's good your brother has recovered. He might have a hard time coping with his mental issues. He might have been lured by someone close to him, luring him to take an illegal drug. He must be cautious after getting healed from his past health issues. He is lucky to have a loving and caring family. From that day onward, he should protect his mental health and overall well-being.

I think it is pretty much easy to identify someone who has a mental problem. The way they behave, talk and act will tell you that something is wrong with this person. What I usually do is encourage the person to visit a therapist if the mental problem is still new, or refer him to a doctor if it is serious.

My wife suffers from general anxiety disorder as well as depression. Back in 2017 her depression was very bad, we both weren't in a good spot financially so that didn't help. She had to be hospitalized, thankfully she hasn't got to that point since. I always make sure that when her anxiety starts acting up to help try to calm her down, and I also look for ways to make her feel better when she's depressed too.

I am hoping that your wife is well this time. It is important to support her to avoid the severe occurrence or attack of her depression. There are vegetables that cure depression, like celery and parsley. Once she eats this, she will always feel happy and in good mood. .
