It seems just yesterday we celebrated the new year, 2025, and for some days now, 2025 will bid goodbye and welcome 2026. Honestly, I don't like 2025; there are many airline crashes and forest fires. Apart from that, war in some other countries continues, hunger exists, and inflation is crazy, making the prices of everything soar like the sky is the limit. I still believe that the problems in 2025 will continue in 2026. What do you think?

I am expecting it and preparing myself for it. Over the last few years, it has been shocking to see the price hikes and all the unrest in the world, but going into 2026, as much as I would hope it would get better, it more than likely will not

We are already feeling the frenzy of Christmas in my country. People are already in high spirits preparing for Christmas. My family has already started shopping for Christmas stuff. So many events being advertised for the Christmas season. Schools haw already started rehearsals for the Christmas party. Truly, Christmas is in the air.

I have seen the excitement of Christmas here. Yesterday, we had a bomb blast in Delhi at the Red Fort, which is a populated area, which took the lives of 10 people; things are not good. And something is going to happen again as tension is growing between us and Pakistan again. I don't think 2026 will be better than 2025 if you're considering war as a parameter.

In the city where I live, malls and big stores are now decorated with Christmas trees, lanterns, and other things that symbolize Christmas. The air starts to cool semblance of Christmas days to come closer from now. When 2026 takes over, everything will be the same; what differs is the financial situation that remains the same.
