When it comes to having a daily steps target, I do and mine is set at 10,000 steps every day. I try as much as possible to complete my daily target because it's a very good way I use to keep fit.
I also have set a target of 12k steps daily, and I try to achieve it. Most of my steps are at work because I have to walk a lot on the production lines.
I used to, but I fell off badly. I was using one fitness app that made me do 10k steps daily. The first week, I was serious, but now I just walk when I could, like going to the market or taking the stairs. Exercise is not easy at all, but it is compulsory at least to keep a body fit and healthy.
No I don’t. But with the number of steps I take on a daily basis, I know that I make enough to keep fit. I do walk around a lot and that is more than enough to keep me fit.
@uptrendfinancialsignal That is the major problem people face when they start doing physical activities. I remember I thought of going to the gym years ago but could not continue because I could not motivate myself to continue it. I got it that I won't be able to go to the gym, as I am not made for it.
@Teegold How many steps do you walk daily? I ensure that mine is above 12k daily. Because that's the only physical activity I do. I don't like working out in the gym, so I prefer walking or jogging.
I could only make 5,000 steps a day. That is my daily habit; however, during stormy days, I cannot make it. But after the storm, I made my steps triple from the original. The feeling is good when doing a daily walk. Our body needs it for our health and well-being.
