Let us know here what time you woke up today.

I first woke at around 11.30 am, but due to having some pain from my hernia, I stayed in bed until around 1 pm.
 
I woke at around 11.30 am this morning.
 
I woke at around 11.30 am again today but stayed in bed as I have not been sleeping too well just recently.
 
I woke quite late today due to having a sleepless night after being woken with a bad headache that felt like I had been hit over the head :( I very much hate migraines.

I woke at around 3 pm today.

I have not been sleeping well at all, which has really affected me daily. I kept waking up a lot last night and into this morning, but tried to at least get some sleep, finally got up around 2 pm and gave up and will try and sleep better tonight.
 
I woke at around 10.30 am today but spent some time in bed today due to the pain in my shoulder and arm.
 
I woke at around 8.15 am today when my son was leaving for college.
 
I woke quite late today, which annoyed m,e but I probably needed it.
