I think a lot of people often ignore their health simply due to ignorance. They feel as long as they have not felt any physical sign, then they are perfectly okay.
Yes i do celebrate my birthdays, though i do not do anything grand, just make sure there is food and cake, and then i give to as many that is around at that moment.
One of my morning rituals i enjoy the most is my morning walks, especially when i am working alone. It helps me relax my mind and think things through.
I have learnt to bottle up so many emotions because at the end of the day it seems does who i want to understand me do not but end up reading the wrong meaning to it.
For a while now i have been so focus on ensuring that others around me are okay and are doing fine, was even willing to sacrifice my own happiness for them, but at the end of the day no one cared about how i feel, so am most focused on my self happiness right now.
