Do you believe in alternative medicine, what kind of alternative medicine do you use? Does the alternative medicine really work for you? Well, I use Ayurveda, a Hindu Medicinal system that is mostly plant based bust also occasional use animal parts as well as metals. It takes time but in my experience, Ayurveda works very well but unlike modern medicine, it takes time for Ayurvedic medicine to work.
I also believe in alternative medicine. There are many people adapting to it here like Virgin Coconut Oil and some herbs that ease pains more than pain killers sold in a pharmacy in terms of effectivity.
Yes, I believe in it. We have lots of ayurvedic doctors here. There are certain medicines which I rely on ayurveda like cough syrups, ashwagandha and some medicines for diabates. I know it doesn't work like allopathy but still ayurveda is helpful and people get benefitted with it.
I’ve tried herbal teas for sleep and stress, and honestly they helped me more than I expected. I’m not saying it should replace the doctors, but it has its own place too.
I may believe in but they don't really work. When I was in California they were giving me meds like candy as I was in pain daily. I have a high tolerance for any pains. It can be really hard to manage as the hospitals think I'm med seeking but I'm not I just need something to work.
