Both Christmas and New Year can be a lot of fun, but some people prefer one over the other.

Which do you prefer when it comes to Christmas or New Year's?

I like Christmas because of the presents and food. There isn't much to do here to welcome in the new year.

By Christmas I get nostalgic, and by New Year I get energetic
I enjoy both.

I am always more of a Christmas person. No explanation can be made though, maybe because I'm a Christian, it is just magical: the lights, the music, the food, even the little traditions. New Year is great too but Christmas is different. It is about intimacy and relationships whereas the New Year is more about sound and celebrations.
