Have you ever been affected by any natural disaster ever?

I have heard of lots of natural disasters in the past that took the lives of many people. Every year in our country we have floods, which take away lives as well as cause loss of property for people. Fortunately, I have never been affected by a flood, earthquake, or any other disaster.

Have you ever witnessed or been affected by any such disaster?

Thankfully no. There were recent floods that affected my state but my city was not affected with it

@Ginger Yes, the recent flood in Punjab was very destructive and it affected lots of people. You were lucky that your state was not affected by it.

Yeah, back in 2012 during that big flood in my area, my house got flooded badly. The water reached the waist level, and we had to move most of his stuff upstairs. It was scary seeing how fast water can destroy things. Since then, I take flood warnings very seriously. Since then, I try to clean the gutters before the rainy season starts. People don't take it seriously until flood hits them. That experience really opened my eyes and make me more vigilant.
