Happy Monday afternoon from this side of the world. I hope that everyone had a good weekend and you are well rejuvenated for this new week. I am back from Monday's work at school. I didn't get a weekend to lazy around and relax. I attended a workshop in other part of the city on Saturday and came back home only around 8 PM. So, Saturday was busier than usual working weekdays. I was too tired with the commutation and slept late on Sunday. Sunday started late and the day went in finishing some needed chores and work to gey ready for another week. I have another two day long training coming on 14th and 15th of November. I have this coming weekend that I would just like to relax. I hope that nothing pops up. It didn't feel like weekend. It's just the beginning of new week and I am already waiting for weekend. Haha!
How about you? How was your weekend?
My weekend is not even balanced. I went to a wedding on Saturday. I ate a lot of rice and some small chops, there was no space to breathe at all. Then Sunday, one of my guys called me for emergency football match. By evening, I was totally knocked out, but looking back, it was all fun. Sometimes we need that kind of chaos to reset one’s mind after going through tough work during the week.
@uptrendfinancialsignal . Haha! That's what is called food coma. And it happens after every happy and yummy feast. Yes, it was not a balanced weekend there. Glad that you enjoyed it. And having a match to play next day would have some good to burn all the calories that you got from the feasting.
@arunima25. Not a good weekend for me because of my daughter, who is presently getting stressed due to board exams. She got panic attacks in the last week. So the Sunday wasn't good for me. Now she is feeling better after we took her to a doctor. But still she needs care, as her confidence level has gone down.
@Sanjeev . I am so sorry to hear that. And I can feel you as a parent. We go through a lot when our children are suffering. I keep getting a lot of cases of anxiety and panic attacks during exams with young children and young adults. There is so much talk about a holistic education. Holistic comes from hologenic meaning generating a good health. Ironically, the so called holistic education is making children and young adults sick with overpacked schedule and academic expectations. Please take good care of her. She needs understanding and a very gentle care.
