Shoulder bursitis is no fun!

So I have been having issues with my shoulder over the last few months, and a few weeks ago, I had an ultrasound scan on my shoulder. A week later, I was told by my doctor that I have shoulder bursitis.

It seems it has come from my line of work as a freelance writer, something which I do to make a living, which is a pain. I am still continuing work but as best I can whilst managing the pain whilst I wait for physiotherapy and steroid injections.

Have you ever suffered from shoulder bursitis? How did you manage it?
