Raising a child can be very demanding as a parent, especially if you are new to it. What are some of the valuable lessons every parent needs to teach a child from your personal experience as a parent?
They need to be taught how to be respectful. It’s an eyesore the way I see kids these days having no form of respect, both for themselves and for others. Let them know that if they plan to go far and make worthwhile connections in life they need to respect others.
Parenting is not an easy task; I learned it when I became a parent. You need to teach your kids about honesty, respect for the elders, tolerance, anger control, love, caring, etc. I know it's not easy to teach them because the new generation doesn't like to listen to the others; they do whatever they like.
