What Kind of Food Habit Do You Have?

The animals, human beings included, have three different food habits. They eat only plants, they eat other animals, and they eat plants as well as other animals. When we categorize animals according to the food habits, they will fall into one of three groups: omnivore, the one who eats plants and other animals (vegetables, cereal, meat, eggs, fish, etc.), vegetarian, the one who eats plant (cereal, vegetables, etc.), and carnivore, the one who eat only meat products.

I am not exactly a picky eater, I eat almost everything as long as it is edible. The only thing is just that I know when to stop so I don’t over overeat. But as long as I can eat without having any issues with the meal, bring it.

I am omnivorous, but I eat meat on occasion, and that too is only chicken and fish. For the last few years I have thought of not eating non-vegetarian food. I believe when we can get proteins and other nutrients from plants, then why kill an animal to suffice our hunger?

I’m not the healthiest eater, to be honest. I try sometimes, but jollof rice and fried foods always find a way into my meals. I love home-cooked meals though. Street food still gets my heart, especially roasted corn and pear combo.
