What's one piece of health advice you've heard that actually changed your life?

Sometimes it's the simplest things that make the biggest difference you know.. Like drinking more water, getting enough sleep or just moving your body every day. Was it something a doctor told you during a checkup that was a real wake-up call? Or maybe just something you learned from your own experience after ignoring your health for too long?
