Where do you invest money?

It's good if you invest your money somewhere. I invest my money in the stock market, but that's risky, as you don't get profits every time. Presently I am at a loss of 14% of my investment, but I know this loss will be recovered if I don't panic and don't withdraw it.

But I have always realized that investment in real estate is better than anything, as there is a large profit margin in a short period of time. The only problem is you need to make a huge investment to buy it. I have always thought of it, but because of lack of funds, I never could be able to do it. I hope in the future I may be able to invest in real estate too.

Where do you invest?

I make use of the conventional banks to invest, I don’t have much to make use of brokers yet. The returns is not much, but at least it is far better than nothing at all.

@Kennysplash Saving in the bank doesn't give much return as interest these days is too low. It's better to invest money in fixed deposits, if you can, or mutual funds, as they yield better returns. Investing in shares, of course, is risky but may be helpful if you invest your money for the long term.

I am yet to seriously think about Investing my money but at present I am not planning to invest and will only plan about it maybe after a years time or so

@Ginger That's fine because sometimes we invest money even when we are not in a situation to do that, and afterwards, when we require money, we repent for why we invested money.

I can understand but I guess it's good that you are investing and will stay invested and that will certainly help you make profits. Ideally we all should invest because it'll help us multiply our earnings.

@Ginger Yes, we should. That is how our money grows. People understand it but find it difficult to do that. Maybe the price of everything is increasing more than our salary.

Right now, I’m into small crypto and some local investments. Nothing too big. I tried farming investment once, but the people ran away with money, lol. Since then, I have been more careful. I also do a bit of forex trading when I get time, but I don't have enough money. All those are just to pay bills. It’s risky but sweet when you catch good trades. I believe in diversification and you can’t put all your eggs in one basket in this economy. Even savings accounts are safe from inflation either.

I am still not very comfortable investing and actually don't have the knowledge, skills and experience but I have invested with Mike and hoping to do well with it

@Ginger I hope that will make you earn good money. I am interested in investing money for the future, but I don't have money because of the budget. My kids will be going to higher classes after completing school, so I will have to spend more money for their admission.

I can understand. I am not investing a big amount but if this invest works, which I think it'll, then I may look for more options

I have invested a good amount of money in shares and other schemes for the long term and will reap the profit in the future. But now I don't have a fund to invest more, so I will invest once I have money to do so.
