Coffee, tea, or something else this morning?

I stopped drinking coffee, and I now shifted to milk and Milo, lol. I love to mix milk with Milo. I can consume two glasses a day. morning and evening before heading to bed. It is super yummy and healthy; unlike coffee, it has a lot of caffeine that ruins teeth.

Wow, we have a huge time gap; ours here now in the Philippines is 2 p.m. I am now posting here on CA. It is my free time. I will resume work at 3. That is good, you are on your walking exercise at this time.

Yes, we have a time difference, our time at this moment is 2:37. My free time is about to end, so I have to move to the other forum site to spend some minutes of posting there too.

I always start my day with a glass of lukewarm water or water at room temperature if it is too hot. Tea/ Coffee or any other beverage comes after my exercise.

From some time I have stopped taking any tea or coffee in the morning and mostly have that on Sundays or my off days. So I just prefer a glass of water in the morning.

From past many years I was relying on Milk tea for Wakeup but somehow this was not good for my stomach so I am controlling this and having milk tea on my off days in the morning now.

This morning, I enjoyed drinking one glass of milk mixed with one spoon of Milo . My morning won't be complete when I cannnot drink it. I feel my morning relaxing and energizing while doing my work. I always stock Milo and powdered milk, Bear Brand adult,lol.

These Milk boosters are also fine but there are studies that claim that these are full of sugar.
