Have you ever been totally hyped by a trailer only to be completely disappointed by the actual movie or show?

It's the worst feeling when the trailer shows all the best parts and the rest is just boring. What was it for you and why didn't it live up to the hype? Or has the opposite ever happened like a meh trailer that turned out to be an amazing film that totally surprised you?

I have encountered several movies that the trailer will be very attractive and the movie would be a total disappointment. I saw a trailer for a Hollywood sci-fi movie, the hype was so crazy but when I watched, it was a total disappointment, the story was weak, the acting was shaky and it does not even match the trailer excitement. Honestly, trailers can attract people to watch the movie because they would only showcase the best scenes. Sometimes even the big budget films can disappoint you. I could remember last year when I watched one action movie, I was expecting something more but it was so slow. Now, I usually check for reviews before I go to any cinema after watching the trailer.
