How do you ensure quality family time?

Our daily involvements and activities can make it hard for us to make out time for the family. Parents have to work while the children have to go to school. It is easy to get lost in these activities which can make the family relationship suffer.

How do you set aside time for quality family interaction?

Yes, it is hard to maintain work and family life. I return home at 11:30 pm and when I reach home, my kids don't go to bed and spend at least 10 mins with me. On sundays we enjoy and spend time together, that is how we try to make balance but I know this is not sufficient, I must take out some more time to spend with the family.

Eating together, having a nice chit chat, going for shopping together, doing chores, and similar household activities builds our bond. We also go for family picnic or children part, watching kids play gives us a lot of happiness.
