Nintendo's latest financial report saw the company highlight 10 of its biggest first-party games on the horizon for the Nintendo Switch 2 alongside six third-party releases. The Switch 2 has proven to be a massive success for Nintendo. The company's latest home console/handheld hybrid has already cleared 10 million units sold, causing Nintendo to update its hardware sales forecast.
A video game console is only as good as its games, and so Nintendo made sure that the Switch 2 had some major titles available right out of the gate. The Switch 2's flagship launch title was the acclaimed Mario Kart World, which was quickly followed up by the release of the huge 3D platformer adventure Donkey Kong Bananza. Two more Switch 2 exclusives are set to launch this month, and many more major first-party games are on the way.
The games that are coming to Nintendo Switch 2 are as follows:
- Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment - November 6
- Kirby Air Riders - November 20
- Metroid Prime 4: Beyond - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition - December 4
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition - January 15, 2026
- Mario Tennis Fever - February 12, 2026
- Super Mario Bros. Wonder: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park - Spring 2026
- Yoshi and the Mysterious Book - Spring 2026
- Pokemon Pokopia - 2026
- Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave - 2026
- Splatoon Raiders - TBA
