Which forum software do you prefer?

When it comes to building up and creating forums, Xenforo is my preferred forum software, but if I need to go to free, open-source software, that would end up being MyBB.

I've used both SMFforfree and Forumotion and though both are very different I wouldn't say either is better than the other.

Proboards seems to be the most popular free option these days., If I were ever to start a new site I'd probably give them a try.
