For me I would rather be a moderator because it's less work and you get to interact with the community more rather than having to worry about fixing things or working on new things.
I rather non
I help but without been compromised to moderate. I am really busy building stuff and don't have the time to moderate or been a dedicated/full time admin even if is a paid position.
I have worked as an admin, moderator and also a community manager and out of all those, I much prefer admin or community manager spots
I think because I like working behind the scenes and coming up with ideas to implement in forums, it is rewarding taking on those roles, and is also a challenge, and I love challenges
I have never been anyone on any forum so don't know which is a better one. But I feel the job of moderator is easier than of an admin. Because there are lots of responsibilities on the admin.
Moderation is okay for me. Not too heavy but you can still control the better part of the forum. I like to undertake an admin job when it’s my forum. I have been a moderator on many forms and I think it's okay, though as an admin, I am in charge.
